Purpose of the Activity
This activity is designed to spark fond memories and create a lively social environment. By sharing stories about sports, residents can connect with their past, engage in meaningful conversation with their peers, and reinforce their sense of identity. The act of reminiscence provides cognitive stimulation by exercising long-term memory, while the shared experience fosters a sense of community and emotional well-being.
