Level of careIndependent Living
Relax and unwind to beautiful classical music. Find calm, reflection, and peace in a serene setting.
Purpose of the Activity
This activity is designed to provide residents with a dedicated time for peace, reflection, and stress relief. In the lead-up to busy holidays, life can feel hurried and overwhelming. This hour offers a sanctuary of calm. The spiritual aspect comes from creating a space for inner quiet, personal reflection, and a shared sense of tranquility through the power of music. It helps residents connect with their emotions and with each other in a gentle, non-verbal way.
