Residents participate in a blind taste test featuring a variety of foods that either originated in the "Old World" (Europe, Asia, Africa) or the "New World" (Americas) and were exchanged during the Columbian Exchange. After guessing the origin and specific food, they learn fun facts about each item's historical journey and cultural impact.
