Explore the delicate beauty and rich traditions of Japan. Experience a virtual walk through Kyoto's serene gardens, learn about the art of haiku poetry and try writing your own, and participate in a guided green tea tasting ceremony.

Purpose of the Activity

This activity is designed to provide a calm, multi-sensory experience that promotes mindfulness, tranquility, and cultural appreciation. By engaging with the peaceful aesthetics of Japanese gardens, the reflective nature of haiku, and the mindful practice of a tea ceremony, residents can enjoy a moment of quiet contemplation, spark their creativity, and connect with a culture known for its deep respect for nature and serenity. It is a gentle journey for the mind and spirit.
