Kick off our community-wide wellness challenge with this energizing social event. Residents will receive their personal challenge trackers, learn how to earn points, and set an inspiring wellness goal for the season ahead.

Purpose of the Activity

This event serves as the official launch for our seasonal wellness challenge. The primary goals are to generate excitement and motivation, clearly explain the challenge rules and tracking system, and foster a sense of community and mutual support. By setting a personal goal in a group setting, residents can feel encouraged and inspired by their peers, creating a positive foundation for a healthy and active autumn.
