Yeehaw! Tap your toes and clap your hands in this lively, seated square dance. Enjoy music, friends, and fun moves.
Purpose of the Activity
This activity provides a wonderful opportunity for low-impact cardiovascular exercise, improves coordination and range of motion, and encourages social interaction in a lively, joyful setting. It stimulates cognitive function as residents listen for and follow the "calls," all while tapping into a sense of nostalgia and shared fun. The primary goal is to get moving, smile, and enjoy the music together.
