Senior Day Celebration at Palomino Gardens

Join us as we celebrate the talents, accomplishments, and stories of our amazing seniors! The festivities begin at 11:00 AM with a delicious visit from the Ice Cream Truck in our front door parking lot, followed by an entertaining lecture by Dr. Rose Feinberg, "Three Funny Men: Jerry Lewis, Jackie Mason, and Jerry Seinfeld." Our Residents' Talent Show will open in the afternoon with a special performance by Ferdinand Carrillo, Patient Enrollment Coordinator with Cano Health, who will delight us with his singing and entertainment. The program will also feature: Alvin Wander, who will read from his book Malice in Wonderland. A group of talented residents portraying the Golden Girls in a short comedy sketch, The Missing Cheesecake, featuring Rosalie Hein, Jean Occhiogrosso, Susan Odell, and Rosie Tremo. Ron Leventhal, a former math teacher and one of only five school chancellors in the State of Florida, who will share "A Story on How to Put Peace and Kindness into Practice." Gail Irwin, who will present a reading from her work. Come celebrate the creativity, wisdom, humor, and remarkable life experiences of our residents during this special Senior Day event. It promises to be an inspiring and entertaining afternoon for all! 🎭📚🎤🍦✨
